What is IIE Institution Policy?
IIE Policy Applicability
IIE policies apply to all its members, including Fellows, Members, and Associates, throughout their professional activities. This applicability extends to their conduct in both public and private engineering practice, research, and education. The rules govern their adherence to ethical codes, continuing professional development, and the submission of their work for scrutiny. Furthermore, the policies regarding fair and transparent procedures apply to all individuals interacting with the IIE, including applicants for membership and examination candidates. Essentially, the institution’s framework binds every member’s professional conduct to its stated principles.
